Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, and password
• Appointment details: service address, date, time, and notes you provide
• Car seat profiles you save (vehicle and seat information)
• Certification numbers and expiration dates technicians provide
• Session photos uploaded after an appointment
• Messages sent through the in-app chat
• Approximate city, region, and country of public site visits (not IP addresses)

How we use it

We use this information to operate the marketplace: create and fulfill bookings, match caregivers with nearby independent CPSTs, send booking emails, provide customer support, verify reported certification status, and improve the platform. We record public page views and button clicks in aggregate so we can see which pages are used and where visitors are coming from. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

The independent CPST who claims a session can see the appointment address and contact details needed for the visit. We use trusted processors for hosting, email delivery, maps/address lookup, and photo storage. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account, booking, chat, and session records while your account is active and as needed for safety, support, insurance, and legal purposes. Child-passenger-safety records may be kept longer than ordinary account activity because related claims can arise years later. You can request account or data deletion by contacting support; some records may need to be retained where law or safety obligations require it.
